With plenty of fresh air and Bahamian sunshine, Bahamas Water Tours private charter is a fantastic experience that you can safely enjoy any of our tours without any worry about Covid-19 as our staff practices strict Covid-19 protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and other staff.

- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- No refunds will be issued for passengers for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reserved trip.
- Private charters will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 7days before the reserved trip.
- If your excursion is canceled, or you cannot join a rescheduled trip date, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds are processed immediately, but depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

We are open from 9am to 5pm, seven days a week.
All guests must adhere to the safety instructions of the tour guide before departing for their tour.
Safety practices will be presented in case of an emergency.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Tour or Water Toy rental due to inclement weather.
Please note that we have a no smoking policy on all of our boats. We also ask that you be respectful to others and the environment while on a boat charter.
